Ready Set Dance - Return Policy

At Ready Set Dance, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Due to hygiene and safety standards, dancewear such as tights, leotards, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
• Shoes can be returned or exchanged only if they are unworn and in their original box.

Return Process:

• All returns must be made in-store at Ready Set Dance during normal business hours.
• Please bring your original purchase receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges for a different size or style are subject to availability and must meet the same conditions as returns.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If your item is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will offer a replacement or full refund once the item is inspected.

Store Pickup Orders:

• Since all purchases are made in-store and no shipping is involved, all returns and exchanges must be completed at our location.

Additional Information:

• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
• Ready Set Dance reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
